As a wife and mother of two, Maria Luisa began baking desserts for her children and family to share. With an order here and an order there, her bake-at-home business grew to be much, much more than she ever dreamed and by 2012, the current location of Piononos Bakery was established in Key Biscayne, Florida.

Maria Luisa trains every person at Piononos Bakery herself, overseeing their development and fostering their own creativity and skills. Each member of the team is a member of Maria’s bakery family – and are all dedicated artisans. They all share Maria Luisa’s passion for perfection in every bite from the flavor to its beautiful appearance.
